Strategic Planner - Launch (Stretch Assignment)

- Served as a member of a cross-functional team charged with creating the vision/strategy for best in class “Product Launch” at Nike. The team reported to Kieth Houlemard as part of the Strategic Initiatives division.
- To paint a complete picture of launch I gathered data, product imagery and physical samples for every product launching globally two seasons as time. Prior to my stretch assignment this had never been done before. Using the data I created product one pagers that included product data as well as volume/bookings by channel and geo. These product sheets and samples allowed us to create a working launch war room. Since the launch calendar is constantly changing I built a tool to auto populate these product sheets on a biweekly basis.
- Determining how to measure Global Launch was a core element of my role. To complete the weekly launch reporting I compiled revenue and sell-through data from three different sources DTC, Merchandising and Sales. I worked with key stakeholders to built the schematics for a global launch KPI dashboard that would pull data from all the source more efficiently and effectively report on launch business. Unfortunately, I went on maternity leave before I could implement the dashboard.

- Completed process analysis of all DNA business operations to identify information byproducts that could be leveraged as key performance indicators in order measuring our progress towards strategic initiatives.
- Created tools and forms to evolve business processes that were previously in large part to be able to capture metrics on those business processes. For the first time DNA has record of incoming requests and can
- Using Tableau software developed a dashboard to monitor KPI's and distribute recaps on a regular basis.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
EXPERIENCE MANAGER - TIER ZERO RETAIL SUMMIT (STRETCH ASSIGNMENT)

- Brought the highest-tier influencer wholesale account owners plus one – 28 accounts including Kith, Bodega, Foot Patrol, Atmos, from around the globe to WHQ for a two day only-Nike experience that leaves them walking away with renewed confidence in Nike/Jordan’s elevated commitment to them, their business and our collective consumers.
- The project included multiple stakeholders from VP of Category Specialty Sales to the NET to PR. Every decision had to be thoroughly communicated and vetted through multiple layers of approval. As one of the experience managers I was on the front lines to track that this happened and ensure the Summits success.
Throughout the planning process managed all key documentation including created and managed the constantly evolving master run of show excel spreadsheet.
Sr. Digital Content Developer - DNA.NIke.com

- Lead organization and flow of content to DNA.Nike.com by developing an editorial calendar and working with the research team in the creation of continual content while also forecasting future needs of our stakeholders
- Set the direction for the DNA.com content calendar forward looking by at least three months. Follow DNA exhibit calendar and complement all DNA exhibits with collections and stories on Digital DNA
