- Managed operational set-up for 15 new Nike Factory Stores in the Western Territory. Key stores include - Houston FS, Reno FS, Las Vegas FS, and Denver FS.
- Completed all athlete point of sale training for all 15 factory store openings.
- Completed operational set-up manual leveraged for all factory story openings in all three factory store territories.
Retail Operations:
SR. REGIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NIKE FACTORY STORES (WEST)

- Liaison and key communication link between NFS fields team and the US NFS world headquarters team. Looked to for accurate and complete information regarding strategies, initiatives, programs and processes within NFS.
- Lead effort to define the district admin role to better meet the needs of an evolving retail landscaped and managed the on-boarding of all NFS district administrative assistants.
- In partnership with NFS Finance team I helped to build a payroll planning tool and managed the field roll-out and daily management for West Region.
- Created operational manuals for what retail store offices and registers should look like and what materials each draw should contain at every Nike Factory Store.
